It is so windy today that I am glad that it is not a running day- it was not even a ride to work day either or I am sure I would still be out on the road. I did spin this morning after the usual run around the park with Bella. Nothing really to report- I am going to miss my long run this weekend so I am glad I squeezed one in during the week.
